As reported on the website of the Council of Europe, the sanctions are extended until July 31, 2019.
On December 13, the head of the European Council, Donald Tusk, said that the European Union had extended economic sanctions against Russia for half a year, “given the zero progress in implementing the Minsk agreements.”
The term of the sanctions expired at the end of January 2019.
