The Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received on Tuesday a letter from Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, including his invitation to attend the 39th GCC summit, to be hosted by the Kingdom on December 9.
The secretary-general of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Abdul Latif al-Zayani, delivered the message in Doha during a meeting with Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Marikhi.
