Dr. Kazem confirmed the study of the inclusion of skin transplants in insurance coverage, pointing out that there is a specialized team in the Authority studying the modernization of insurance benefits to include this aspect among the different treatments, as is the case in many countries of the world.

He stressed that the Authority is keen to provide everything that is in the interest of the patient regardless of the type of treatment, in order to achieve happiness and well-being, in line with the direction of the government, noting that the bank will rely in the stockpile in the first phase on government hospitals, and will cooperate with the private sector to provide the necessary quantities of Skin at a later stage, as well as partnering with a number of global institutions in Europe and America.
