Crime: Ten years ago - breaking into the Berlin KaDeWe

Berlin (dpa) - The million-dollar slump in the Berlin luxury department store KaDeWe ten years ago has no consequences for the perpetrators. On the night of January 25, 2009, thieves broke into the West's department store and stole watches and jewelry worth millions. The arrested twins were released because a DNA trace could not be clearly assigned to either brother. But the suspicious pair of twins will definitely not be redetermined. "We've lost our teeth - the case is dead," said prosecutor Sjors Kamstra.
