Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic satisfied Nikulin's complaint about illegal extradition to the USA

“The former Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic, Robert Pelikan, who decided to extradite a Russian citizen to the United States, violated the rights of Yevgeny Nikulin,” TASS quoted him as saying

Yevgeny Nikulin was arrested by Czech police at the request of the FBI in October 2016.

March 30, 2018 he was extradited to the United States. Czech President Milos Zeman criticized the work of the head of the Ministry of Justice in connection with this decision.
