On February 6, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Grozny filed a complaint with the Supreme Court of Chechnya against the decision of the Grozny District Court to write off the debts for the gas of the residents of the region.
On January 18, it became known that the Grozny District Court ordered Gazprom to write off the debts of the population of Chechnya for gas, since the debt had become “hopeless to recover”. The company announced its intention to appeal the decision.
