It is noted that the prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea Oleg Kamshilov is on the scene and coordinates the work of law enforcement agencies.
The investigation of the criminal case is taken under special control.
At least 17 people died as a result of an attacker attack on the Polytechnic College in Kerch.
