According to the publication, 43-year-old woman from Connecticut Amy Lappos claims that the politician "inappropriately touched her" and "rubbed her noses" in 2009 in Greenwich, when Biden served as vice president.
“These were not sexual acts, but he grabbed my head,” Lappos said. According to her, Biden "put his hand on her neck and pressed her head to his, to rub his noses."
“When he pulled me in, I thought he was going to kiss my lips,” she added.
Earlier, Biden denied the harassment charges against former member of the Nevada State Assembly, Lucy Flores.
