The Fujairah Court of Appeal has considered an Arab case accused of committing suicide inside the prison after being accused of stealing a mobile phone from another person.
The defendant confirmed that he committed suicide after being accused by an Arab man of stealing his phone, but he bought the phone from another man did not know that he was stolen, pointing out that he could not tolerate this accusation and psychological pressures that made him trying to save himself because of the financial burden on him from Fines and imprisonment will remove him from his family, which he supports alone, as well as the deportation ruling that may harm his family and stop their studies and disrupt all their activities, asking for compassion and mercy and reduce the penalty and fines in both cases.
The judge's body handed the judge advice urging him to wait and think deeply before coming to implement a decision that could end his life and the case was later adjourned.
