At the same hearing, the court heard the case of an Arab youth accused of intentionally killing his sister in November. The court decided to postpone the case at the request of the defense.

The details of the case are based on the fact that the defendant killed his sister after a dispute arose between them in the house where he lived with her and her child who sponsored her after her divorce from her husband by throwing her 80 stab, then smashing her head with a gas cylinder.

The defense of the defendant explained during the hearing that he had received a call from his mother from outside the state and asked him to postpone the case until a hereditary inheritance information was brought in to enumerate the heirs of the victim and to express their opinion on the amnesty or the request for retribution. . In the third case, the court reserved an Asian case accused of killing another person who refused to marry his sister, to rule on 31 October.

During his pleading, the defense counsel denied the criminal intent, requesting a modification of the record and description of the charge of intentional premeditated murder, to the death of the victim as there was no intention of inflicting the accused's spirit.
