The details of the case are based on the fact that the defendant killed his sister after a dispute arose between them in the house where he lived with her and her child who sponsored her after her divorce from her husband by throwing her 80 stab, then smashing her head with a gas cylinder.

The defense of the defendant explained during the hearing that he had received a call from his mother from outside the state and asked him to postpone the case until a hereditary inheritance information was brought in to enumerate the heirs of the victim and to express their opinion on the amnesty or the request for retribution. .
