A man in the group, pivoting to face the White House, "began to lower his trousers and underwear revealing at the sight of all his genitals," says the report of the Washington police.
The suspect was arrested on charges of indecency, a charge exposing him to a lighter sentence than indecent assault. It is quite unlikely that Donald Trump saw the scene. The Republican president has shifted his vacation in Florida because of the "shutdown", the partial closure of federal administrations.
