A jury acquitted the accused of undermining a grenade at a bus stop in Moscow

"The jury rendered an acquittal verdict," RIA Novosti cites her words.

The incident occurred in December 2015 at the house number 19 on the street Pokrovka. Five people were injured.

Roel imputed h. 3 Article. 213 (hooliganism committed with the use of explosives or explosive devices). Later, the prosecution retrained for arms trafficking and attempted murder.

The court sentenced the man to imprisonment, but the appellate court overturned the sentence and returned the case to the prosecutor, after which it fell under the jurisdiction of the jury.
