A Palestinian report monitored further demolitions and demolition and settlement notices in occupied Jerusalem in November.

The report issued by the Jerusalem Center for Israeli and Palestinian Studies said that the occupation authorities continue their racist policies against the Palestinians, confiscate their land and notify many of the facilities of demolition, registering the demolition and notification of 36 establishments in the West Bank and Jerusalem during the past month.

According to the report, the Israeli occupation authorities carried out eight demolitions in Jerusalem, including homes, shops, mobile buildings and others under construction. Demolition notices were distributed to other houses and shops.

Among the demolitions last month were the destruction of about 20 shops in one demolition operation in the Shuafat refugee camp east of the occupied city.

At the settlement level, the Jerusalem Center monitored land-leveling in the village of Qalandiya and the towns of Jabal al-Mukaber and Silwan in occupied Jerusalem.

He pointed to the threat of the Prime Minister of the occupation government Benjamin Netanyahu to demolish the village of Al-Khan Al-Ahmar east of occupied Jerusalem, and the continuation of mechanisms of the occupation authorities to carry out excavation works for infrastructure aimed at the establishment of a settlement in the Wadi Al-Rababah neighborhood of Silwan.
