The Ministry of Human Resources and Localization has launched a "statement of account" service for registered private enterprises. A comprehensive interactive report is sent monthly to the owners of these companies to inform them proactively about the status of the establishment in the Ministry's records.
Director of Customer Relations Department, Ahmed Yousuf Al Nasser, said: "The launch of the ministry to serve as a statement of account comes within the framework of its keenness to devise effective means of communication with customers as the main focus of the ministry and the cornerstone of its services aimed at meeting the needs and aspirations of the customers. He explained that the service is an innovative mechanism within the "Tawasir" system for the care of clients, which enhances the access of employers to their records in the ministry, and ensures that they are informed and updated on all data and information related to the files of their establishments and the status of registered employment at the ministry, Work in the State.
Al Nasser added that the new service is an interactive report sent monthly by e-mail and postal address of the facility, targeting private sector establishments according to their updated addresses in the ministry's database.
He pointed out that the report includes a detailed explanation on a number of files of the establishment that enables employers to know all their data including the number of employment and technical classification, as well as periodic reports on the system of wage protection and the status of work permits as recorded in the system of the ministry.
He said that the statement of account enables the owners of the establishments to have access to the data of the persons authorized to sign, the government relations agents (delegates), registered workers and their jobs and the expiry dates of their permits.
The report also includes a list of workers whose work permits will expire within 30 days, along with workers who have completed work permits for less than 60 days, allowing employers to renew these permits to avoid any fines.
The Accountability Service enables owners to review a comprehensive report on the WPS for the last three months, including an integrated classification of the percentage of payment and the percentage to be paid, the number of workers to be remunerated, the number of workers receiving wages below those specified and those who have not They receive their wages.
The account statement, which reaches Arabic or English traders according to language preferences when updating the establishment data, includes marketing materials on the most important services and initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
The "Statement of Account" service enables owners of enterprises to view a comprehensive report on the WPS for the last three months.
