A drunken woman invented the murder of her husband in Bavaria - because her garage was parked. "The woman thought that if she reports a murder, the police will be faster," said a spokesman for the police headquarters Upper Bavaria South.
In fact, the officials and the ambulance were in Berchtesgaden early in the morning after the emergency call on the spot. But they only met the drunken woman. Because the 44-year-old apparently wanted to get into the car anyway, the officers took her according to the speaker as a precaution from the car key.
The woman will now be charged the cost of the operation, the driving license office will be informed - and she expects a criminal complaint for misuse of emergency calls. So far, it has not been clarified whether there is a husband at all and where he might stay.
