At Dresden main station, two men have harassed a Syrian family. They had repeatedly asked the woman in an aggressive way to remove her headscarf and called xenophobic slogans, said the federal police.

When the officials intervened, one of the two had shown the federal police the Hitler salute, it says in the message. These took the two 36 and 37-year-old men briefly in custody.

The Federal Police now investigates the incitement, insult and use of the characteristics of unconstitutional organizations against the two alcoholic suspects. The Federal Police found in them breath alcohol levels of 2.6 and 1.6 per thousand.

"I'll do you all"

Just a few hours earlier, witnesses had already made the security forces in Dresden aware of a 29-year-old man who was said to have chanted anti-constitutional slogans at a suburban train stop. When federal police wanted to take him to the guard, he should have raised his fists and said: "I'll do you all, if you take me!"

The officers overpowered the man and took him into custody. A breath alcohol test showed just under two per thousand. The Federal Police investigate for resistance against enforcement officials and the use of marks of unconstitutional organizations.
