The César Academy has just revealed the list of masters of ceremonies who will host the César evening on Friday February 23 at the Olympia. Juliette Binoche, Dany Boon and Benoît Magimel are among them.
Everyone will soon get dressed to the nines and hope to win a precious statuette... Next Friday, February 23, actors, directors and producers, each more beautiful and dressed than the next, will gather at the Olympia for the 49th César ceremony .
Comedians to lighten the mood
And the pressure will inevitably be at its peak for all those nominated... Rest assured! Like last year, there will be not just one but several masters of ceremonies to lighten the atmosphere between two award ceremonies. Laughter, laughter, and more laughter... While the César evening has often been criticized for being too "plan-plan", the Academy is once again focusing on the rhythm with several comedians who will follow one another on scene: Paul Mirabel, Dany Boon and Jean-Pascal Zadi will try to relax the audience with their jokes.

Actors and actresses will also be present to liven up the evening, because only they are able to understand what the nominees are going through, the anxiety, the adrenaline, the pressure... Benoît Magimel, César for best actor in 2022 and 2023 (a historic double), will be there, as will Juliette Binoche, Ariane Ascaride, Berenice Bejo, Dali Benssalah, Diane Kruger, Ana Girardot and Nadia Tereszkiewicz, César for Most Promising Female Actor last year. Audrey Diwan, famous writer, is also one of the masters of ceremonies.
