  The staff of the Fujian Provincial Military Region’s security picket team brought the above-mentioned clothing back for identification.

If it is a military uniform, it will be handed over to the Mawei District Market Supervision Department for investigation and handling in accordance with the "Military Uniform Management Regulations".

  The "Military Uniform Management Regulations" point out that it is prohibited to buy, sell, rent or lend or give away military uniforms without authorization.

It is prohibited to use military uniforms and standard clothing once equipped by the Chinese People's Liberation Army to engage in business activities.

It is prohibited to use terms such as "military supplies", "military uniforms" and "military products" to solicit customers.

  The "Military Uniform Management Regulations" stipulate that if one of the following circumstances occurs, the administrative department for industry and commerce will confiscate illegal items and illegal income, and impose a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan; if the illegal business amount is huge, the business license shall be revoked; it constitutes a crime Those who are subject to criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law: (1) illegally producing military uniforms and special materials for military uniforms; (2) buying and selling military uniforms and special materials for military uniforms; (3) producing and selling imitations of military uniforms.
