CCTV Beijing, January 1 (Voice of China reporter Jiang Xiaochen) According to the China Central Radio and Television Voice of China's "News Vertical" report, with the continuous update and iteration of new online media, the business models of major e-commerce platforms have also emerged frequently, and many people want to enter the market to get a piece of the "soup". Some entrepreneurship training institutions have seized the psychology of these people who are eager to achieve success, using "low threshold and high income" as bait, claiming to provide business counseling, consulting and other training for entrepreneurs, but in fact "fake training, real fraud". How should consumers be vigilant about hidden entrepreneurial training?

Video editing, online store operation, dubbing, modeling and drawing...... In recent years, a wide variety of skills crash training advertisements have emerged on major e-commerce platforms, which induce consumers with the gimmick of "low threshold and high return", but in fact, the quality of the training courses provided is generally low, and there are also a series of problems such as inducing consumption and difficulty in refunding.

The reporter searched for "entrepreneurship training" as a keyword on the black cat complaint platform and found that as of 11 o'clock last night, there were nearly 400 complaint entries, including false propaganda and inducing consumption.

Mr. Cui, who has been unemployed after being laid off by the company last year, told Voice of China that he had been following a self-media blogger on a short video platform for a long time who shared his entrepreneurial experience, and that time, just in time for him to be looking for a job, he was attracted by the blogger's rhetoric.

Mr. Cui said: "Many users watched some videos posted by others, pictures and texts, and learned that there was a person who made a character for himself in the videos on various platforms in the early stage, and he once had nothing, from an ordinary person to a boss. Do you want to know how I went from an ordinary person to now, how many companies are worth hundreds of millions? Chat with him privately, I want more information, and he'll send you a message. He will post some projects every now and then, and you can earn tens of thousands of dollars by doing part-time work, and tens of thousands of dollars a month by doing full-time work, do you want to come to our live broadcast room to find out. I just entered the live broadcast room he gave, and he said that we have practiced this project and can make a lot of money, as long as we work hard, we will let you do what you want, and if you want to participate, you can pay directly in the live broadcast room to join. ”

Mr. Cui kept an eye on it and did not pay in the live broadcast room, but under the frequent recommendation of the other party, he finally paid 12800,<> yuan. As you can imagine, Mr. Cui realized that he had been deceived.

Entrepreneurship training routines not only appear in self-media, but also frequently appear in institutions. Ms. Fei from Hubei told reporters yesterday that she wanted to open an online store on a certain platform and paid a registration fee of 398 yuan to the entrepreneurial training institution, but found that there were more kinds of training content that needed to be paid for in the follow-up.

Ms. Fei introduced: "There are 4880, 6880, more than 9000, more than 10000, anyway, it says that the more expensive it is, the more rights and interests he will give you to serve, the faster you can make money, and the larger the amount." I'm also a businessman myself, so I'm a little wary. Later, I opened a video with that side, and there was a boy I saw that they seemed to be in the office, so I paid a 4880 yuan, but since I paid this money, I found that I need to learn a lot of things by myself, and he doesn't have any help there. I feel that they are not bringing me actual profits, and they are also false propaganda and exaggerated publicity. ”

In November last year, the China Consumers Association released the "Analysis of the Complaints Accepted by the National Consumers Association in the Third Quarter of 11". According to the nature of the complaints, after-sales service problems accounted for 2023.37%, and false publicity problems accounted for 42.4%. Among them, complaints about training services ranked fourth among specific service complaints.

Ma Liang, a professor at the School of Public Administration of Chinese University, said that for businesses and individuals who carry out false propaganda on digital platforms, the regulatory responsibility of the platform should be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.

Ma Liang said: "If the whole process of publicity and sales is realized on the platform, the platform should be fully responsible for the relevant supervision, because from the design of the platform, it has the ability and obligation to supervise the whole process." However, if the information is obtained from the platform, the consumption is completed through private domain and offline methods, and the platform is used as the entrance to the service, the platform may not be able to trace the fraud caused by subsequent consumption. In the first case, if consumers protect their rights, the platform has the obligation to track them, including forcing such services to be removed from the shelves, or imposing necessary penalties on merchants. However, for the second type of situation, there will be a greater regulatory challenge. ”

As an entrepreneur who wants to venture into a new field, it is important to understand how the industry works and the basics of knowledge. Zhao Jingwu, an associate professor at the Law School of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, said that the description of entrepreneurship as too easy and beautiful is often flashy and even a trap, and in order to protect the interests of consumers, it is necessary to pay attention to retaining evidence when making transactions.

"After a consumer purchases entrepreneurship training services, a contractual relationship is formed between the consumer and the training service provider, and the agreement between the two parties on the training fee and training time can be used as the basis for protecting rights in the future. However, it should be noted here that the information published by the platform is an advertisement in most cases, and cannot be recognized as a contractual clause between the consumer and the training service provider, but needs to be prosecuted for false advertising and other reasons. Zhao Jingwu reminded.

Zhao Jingwu suggested that if you want to learn through a training institution, you must identify the qualifications of the institution, understand the reputation of the institution, and weigh it carefully.

"Carefully screen information, try to clarify the specific content of entrepreneurship training services in the form of written contracts, rather than trying to facilitate oral agreements; keep good transfer records, written contracts and other evidence materials in order to deal with potential risks; before purchasing entrepreneurship training services, the qualifications and goodwill of the training service providers should be briefly understood in advance, and there are a large number of user negative reviews, and the training service institutions that are only established in a short period of time should be weighed again and again. Zhao Jingwu said.

Ma Liang, a professor at the School of Public Administration of the Chinese People's University, further suggested that consumers should keep their eyes open and be vigilant against false propaganda that obviously does not conform to basic common sense or is inconsistent with cognition. "You can easily spend thousands of dollars or tens of thousands of dollars to enter a certain industry, you can get certain certificates, etc., the publicity gimmick is very strong, and we should not be easily deceived from our basic cognition. At the same time, you can also consult the relevant government departments to verify the information, make multi-party comparisons, consume rationally as much as possible, and avoid being deceived by personal impulses. ”
