A visit will take place on October 25 from 14 to 15 p.m. for potential buyers. The auction will take place on November 2.

A small downside: Jean-Michel Pontet, the owner of the premises, is against this sale demanded by his bank because of a "financial and legal dispute". "Neither the visit nor the sale will take place.
