The document was sent to a 21-year-old female constable who works at the Sosa Police Station.

According to the police, when moving from a restaurant in Funabashi City this June, he was suspected of violating the Road Traffic Law by riding in a car driven by an unlicensed friend who drank alcohol with him.

In July, when this friend came to pick up a constable by car in Katori City, he consulted the police because he could not contact him, and found out that his license had been suspended.

After that, from the dashcam records, it was found that this friend was suspected of riding with him when he was driving while intoxicated, and the police sent documents to the police on the 6th.

The constable was suspended for six months and resigned.

After admitting the charges to the investigation, he said, "As a police officer, I am remorseful for my unconscious actions."

Chief Inspector Kiyohisa Takahara of the Chiba Prefectural Police Headquarters commented, "As a police officer who should crack down on crimes, we will never be allowed to do so, and we will strive to restore trust by thoroughly instructing and educating our staff."
