"An outcry internally"
According to a Yvelines union source, the greeting card caused "an internal outcry" within the Plaisir police station, with officials shocked to be associated with this card.
“It's misunderstanding.
It discredits the entire police station, ”added this source.
Contacted, the commissioner did not wish to answer questions.
The police have been shaken in recent months by several cases mixing police violence and accusations of racism, including the beating of music producer Michel Zecler and the controversial evacuation of a migrant camp at Place de la République in Paris.
