On that day, 483,800 people were sampled in Chengdu, and a total of 739,000 people were sampled. 399,300 people have been tested.
Except for the reported cases, the others are all negative.
Since the discovery of local cases of new coronary pneumonia on the 7th, a total of 6 local cases of new coronary pneumonia and one asymptomatic infection have been confirmed in Chengdu.
At present, these 7 patients are all treated in isolation at the Chengdu Public Health Clinical Medical Center. Clinical diagnosis and treatment experts are actively carrying out treatment in accordance with the "one person, one policy", and all patients are in stable condition.
Chengdu has dispatched 2,458 sampling personnel and 33 testing institutions to carry out nucleic acid testing of personnel in key areas such as Pidu District, Chenghua District, Jinniu District, and Jinjiang District.
630 environmental samples were collected, of which 14 were positive and 553 were negative. The remaining results are pending.
A total of 140 food samples were tested and the results were all negative.
There are currently three medium-risk areas in Chengdu: Huadu Yunjingtai Community in Cuijiadian, Chenghua District, Taiping Village, Pitong Street, Pidu District, Chengdu, and Group 8 of Yongan Village, Tangchang Town, Pidu District, Chengdu.
According to Pu Fayou, the mayor of Chengdu's Chenghua District, according to the current survey, the district has now arranged special classes in Huadu Yunjingtai Community and Chengdu University of Technology where the confirmed cases have stayed to find potential contacts.
