On November 27, staff overhauled the units of Gansu Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant.
Unit 4 of the Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant was put into operation on December 18, 1974 and has been "in service" for nearly 46 years.
In recent years, the generator stator of this unit has experienced problems such as aging and overheating of the stator core, threatening the safe and stable operation of the unit.
The plant then took advantage of the winter dry season to start the A-level overhaul and stator transformation of the unit.
According to reports, since 2018, the plant has carried out a generator set stator reconstruction project, and has successively completed the stator reconstruction tasks of Unit 3 and Unit 1.
