On November 18th, the completion ceremony of the Hong Kong Palace Museum building structure was held at the building site.
The Hong Kong Palace Museum is a joint project between the Hong Kong West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and the Beijing Palace Museum. It was built with a donation of HK$3.5 billion from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charity Trust. The foundation was laid on May 28, 2018. It is planned to open to the public in mid-2022 .
