Musical actor Han Ji-sang (38), a female fan A, who was accused of attempting blackmail and coercion, was not charged by the prosecution.

On the 12th, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office announced on the 12th that Han Ji-sang, who claimed to have been sexually harassed by him during a drinking party, and requested a public apology at the fan cafe, was unprosected on the charges of attempted blackmail and coercion.

Han Ji-sang threatened to ``acknowledge and apologize for the sexual harassment'' through KakaoTalk messages from September 2019 to November of the same year after Mr. A, whom he had met with good feelings in May 2018, was estranged. He filed a complaint against Mr. A at the Seocho Police Station in Seoul, saying that he had demanded and forced a relationship.

The prosecution said, "If you look at the contents and messages of the two people's telephone conversations several times, the words A's words to Ji-sang Han are not specific and are merely expressing their feelings, so it cannot be said that the conversation was not free enough to lead to blackmail." And judged that there were no charges against the attempted blackmail.

In addition, regarding the alleged attempted coercion, the prosecution said, "Mr. A requested an apology several times, and Han Ji-sang first proposed monetary compensation, and in response to this, Mr. A delayed the refusal of financial compensation several times. It can't be concluded that the decision wasn't free."

In a phone call with SBS Entertainment News reporter Chung Hee-won, who served as the legal representative of Mr. A's side, he said, "Recently, it is true that he received an unprosecution from the prosecution." I will review it.
