['Yangji of a young man' / Korean society looking back on the death of a field trainee]

Jun-i, a high school student, enters a call center of a large credit card company as a field trainee.

A task that requires constant phone calls and repeats of intimidation and blackmail.

Eventually, Jun made an extreme choice, and Jun's message arrives to Se-yeon, the call center manager.

This is the new work of director Shin Suwon, who has been illuminating the terrible reality of our society through independent films such as Pluto and Madonna.

[Shin Suwon/Director: (Protagonist)) There is a scene where I watch the lights leaking out while working at night in the office.

Is there a sunny place for the current youth generation?

['Martin Eden' / The story of a man growing from a lower class sailor to a writer]

Martin Eden, an Italian sailor, falls in love with an upper class woman.

Martin later devoted himself to reading to fill in the learning he lacked, and eventually succeeded as a writer, but social prejudice against him still persists.

Actor Luca Marinelli, who played Martin, won the Best Actor Award at the Venice International Film Festival last year.

['Ivy' / Same sex couple turning into a true family]

Yewon, a clothing store employee in her 20s, and Eunsu, a fixed-term teacher in her 40s, are a same-sex couple living together for several years.

One day, Eun-su is paralyzed in a car accident, and her older sister dies, and her nephew Su-min is also taken over.

The screen captures the scenes of same-sex couples who are supporting each other in life's difficulties and turning into true families.
