Chinanews.com, October 28. A recent online video showed a BMW driver racing at nearly 260 kilometers per hour with one hand in Haimen District, Nantong City.
According to the official Weibo report of the Haimen Public Security Bureau of Jiangsu Province, on October 28, Lu Moulong (male, 32 years old, from Shanghai) was criminally detained by Haimen police on suspicion of dangerous driving.
On October 26, netizens reported a BMW car speeding on the Guangzhou section of Haimen District and overtaking double yellow lines in the middle of the road, running red lights, and shooting videos. Haimen police arrested the suspect Lu Moulong on October 27 .
