There was a heavy rain on Hainan Island yesterday

  On the 24th, affected by typhoon "Shader", heavy rains occurred in the eastern part of Hainan Island, with a local area of ​​103 mm in Qionghai; gusts of magnitude 6 to 8 occurred in the eastern and southern parts of Hainan Island, the coasts of Guangdong and Fujian, and some islands had gusts of 9 to 9 Level 10.

Typhoon "Shader" will move to Vietnam

The maximum wind force near the center is 10 levels (25 M/s), the lowest pressure in the center is 990 hPa.

  It is predicted that "Shadr" will move westward at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually weaken. It will land on the coast of central Vietnam in the early morning of the 26th (level 7-8, 15-20 m/s, tropical Storm level or tropical depression), and quickly weakened and disappeared after landing.
