[Explanation] On October 23, Aizijiang Haili, the person in charge of a supply chain enterprise warehouse in Urumqi, Xinjiang, was preparing goods with employees for the upcoming Double Eleven.

After graduating from university in 2015, Ai Zijiang Haili worked in a Fortune 500 company in Shanghai.

In 2017, when I returned to Xinjiang to visit relatives, I saw the development prospects of the supply chain industry in Xinjiang.

He resolutely quit his high-paying job in Shanghai and returned to his hometown to start this supply chain management company.

This industry is relatively blank in Xinjiang, and there are no professional talents in this area.

I have a foreign academic background, as well as a practical background working in the top 500 in the mainland, so I hope to bring these learned things to my own hometown.

[Explanation] Returning to his hometown to start a business, in addition to focusing on the development prospects of the industry, Aizijiang Haili also hopes to help local companies improve the efficiency of the supply chain and develop Xinjiang's economy together with local companies.

In this process, the local government also gave Aizijiang Haili a lot of support.

During the entrepreneurial period, I received another entrepreneurial incentive fund, a lump-sum of 20,000 yuan without returning it. I was also the first entrepreneur in Tianshan District to receive an incentive fund.

[Explanation] The support of policies and the gaps in the industry have allowed Aizijiang Haili's enterprises to develop rapidly, which has also promoted the employment of local residents.

The salary is more than before, and now I get more than 3,000, and I also pay social security. Besides, I can learn a lot here.

[Explanation] With the support of government funds and policies, I have confidence in the development of the industry.

Aizijiang Haili has great "ambition" for the future of his company.

We plan to expand the current warehouse capacity from 8,000 square meters to 18,000 square meters. This will also drive our customers to increase from the current 80 companies to 180 companies, and our number of employees will also increase from the current more than a dozen. The number of people will increase to more than 30 people, or even more than 50 people.

[Explanation] It is understood that since 2020, Xinjiang has successively introduced a number of entrepreneurial support measures, through preferential policies such as entrepreneurial loans, increased interest discounts, and increased scope of benefits to further broaden employment and entrepreneurship channels and solve employment problems.

According to the latest preferential policies for entrepreneurship, the personal loan limit for eligible entrepreneurial groups has been increased from 150,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan.

The threshold for loan application has also been further lowered. It is stipulated that the proportion of the number of newly recruited small and micro enterprises that meet the application requirements and the number of existing employees of the company has dropped to 15%, and the number of enterprises with more than 100 employees has dropped to 8%.
