On the afternoon of the 20th, the reporter came to the above-mentioned community to find out.

Due to the large area of the community, after many inquiries and searches, a row of abandoned villas was finally found.

The gates of the villa yard are either locked by rusty chains, or blocked by shrubs, weeds and waste. The buildings are rough houses, most of which have no doors or windows, and only reserved installation places.

The reporter found that most of the villas in the community are three to four storeys high. Many of the villas are completely dark, and the balconies of some houses are even covered with moss.

Many villas are unused in the district.

It is reported that the Tongshenghu Villa Community, which opened in 2000, is located in Dongjing Town, Yuhua District, Changsha City. Built on 600 acres of Tongsheng Lake, it was once known as the best villa development in Changsha and even Hunan.

Its developer Wang Zhonghe was arrested by the Changsha police in 2019 for gang-related crimes.

According to a video posted on Douyin by the owner of the community and a well-known local comedian in Hunan, Dabing said that there are more than 70 villas and more than 60 bungalows in the Tongshenghu community that are unclaimed. Of the claimed villas, 25 have no information about the owner at all. The remaining part is only the owner's name or phone number, but most of them are wrong or empty numbers. The other party also indicated that they are not their own properties if they can get through."

The above statement pointed out that after verification, after Vanke Property won the bid to settle in Tongshenghu Villa in May this year, 77 villas (78 through the Internet) could not be contacted with the owners.

To this end, the community assisted the property company to actively contact the owners, and 66 villa owners have been contacted.

The note also stated that the community will assist the property company to strengthen the maintenance of the community’s infrastructure, improve the environmental hygiene of the community, and continue to assist the property company to contact all owners as soon as possible, actively strengthen communication with non-occupied owners, and improve the occupancy rate of the community with high-quality services. The high occupancy rate promotes community management and operation.
