This Monday from 2 p.m., four teachers from the Lycée Desfontaines de Melle in Deux-Sèvres will go through the disciplinary council one by one.

The rectoral of Poitiers reproaches them for having disrupted the new continuous tests of the bac at the beginning of the year.

Three of them, accused of "inciting a riot", have been suspended since the spring, reports France Bleu Poitou.

At the time, some teachers had refused to monitor the tests or formed human chains in front of the school.

The rectorate had to postpone exams several times.

The NPA comes together to support them

This Monday, these professors will face representatives of the staff and the rectorate.

But it is the rector, in agreement with the ministry, who will make the final decision within a month.

These teachers risk to the radiation of the National Education.

As a sign of solidarity, a rally will be held at 1 p.m. in front of the rectorate gates.

Philippe Poutou, spokesperson for the NPA, the new anti-capitalist party is expected on the spot.
