The Youth Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong stated that young people in Hong Kong are faced with "difficulties in entering schools, employment, entrepreneurship, and property ownership". Therefore, they have expressed to the SAR government that young people are concerned about their studies, employment, entrepreneurship, housing and home ownership, and their participation in politics.   The Youth Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of China suggests that in terms of academics, the SAR government should strengthen the promotion of "one country, two systems" education, strengthen international exchanges, strengthen supporting policies for disadvantaged education groups, and alleviate the problem of young people’s academic debt.

In terms of employment, the SAR government can launch an online youth employment platform, an online mentorship program platform and a virtual internship program, and subsidize more private companies and suitable institutions to hire college graduates.

  In terms of entrepreneurship, the Youth Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong said that it is recommended that the SAR government should promote the integration of industry, education, and research, support diversified entrepreneurship, simplify the application procedures for science and innovation funds, increase intellectual property registration and tax deductions for research expenses.

In terms of housing and home ownership, the SAR government is recommended to reduce the cost of home ownership for young people, increase the proportion of singleton home ownership schemes, speed up the implementation and expansion of the youth hostel program, and encourage young people to buy homes in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

  The Youth DAB also proposed that in order to facilitate Hong Kong youths living in the Mainland, it is recommended to enhance the function of the Home Visit Permit and establish a "Youth Mainland Life App" in Hong Kong.

Regarding youth participation in politics, the Youth Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong suggests that the SAR government should improve the channels for absorbing the opinions of young people and focus on cultivating political talents that love the country and Hong Kong.
