Parents: 11 children experienced vomiting and diarrhea within a day
At 2 pm, the parent Mr. Chen (pseudonym) told reporters in the emergency department of the Second Hospital of West China that at 5 pm on September 24, he went to the kindergarten to pick up the children on their way home, and the children were unwell.
"From the kindergarten to home, the child vomited twice in less than 20 minutes on the way." Chen Ming said, after arriving home, the child vomited twice.
This morning, the children's condition got worse and they hurried to Huaxi for treatment.
The parent, Ms. Zhang, told reporters over the phone that several parents reported in the class that the child had vomiting and diarrhea.
"As of this morning, 11 children have had the same symptoms." Ms. Zhang said. She learned from the class WeChat group that the initial diagnosis results of these 11 children were all gastroenteritis.
Some parents told reporters that the kindergarten failed to notify all parents in time when the children in the class were found to have vomiting symptoms during the day on September 24, which delayed the best time for some children with unwell symptoms and caused some children's unwell symptoms to aggravate the next day. At present, all children in this class have been suspended.

She told reporters: At about 8:30 am on September 24, a child in the small class of the kindergarten had vomiting. After the teacher found out, he first measured the temperature of the child. The temperature was normal, and the parents were notified to go to the kindergarten to take the child to the doctor.
The kindergarten immediately disinfected the classroom.
Whether the child had breakfast in the kindergarten, the teacher said that he was “unclear”. The breakfast time of the kindergarten is from 8 am to 8:30 am.
At about 5 pm that day, near the end of school time, two more children in the class developed vomiting. The teacher informed the parents who came to pick up the children. Then the school disinfected the class again.
"Three children in the class developed vomiting symptoms one after another. The kindergarten teacher strengthened follow-up monitoring through the class WeChat group. From 8pm to 11pm, another 9 children in the class developed vomiting and diarrhea one after another." The teacher said , The park immediately reported the situation to the Jinjiang District Education Bureau, the District Emergency Management Bureau, the District Disease Control Center, the community and other relevant departments, and immediately decided to close the class on September 25.

On the morning of September 25, relevant personnel from the district education bureau, district disease control center, district market supervision bureau, street office, district police station, community and community, etc., went to the park to carry out joint inspection and supervision.
