On September 24, Wu Xingpei, a resident support team member of Kuaqu Village, Ganluo County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, was making statistics on the income and expenditure accounts of poor households in the homes of the Yi people. Due to certain difficulties in language communication, Wu Xingpei not only used gestures, but also Simulate livestock sounds and overcome communication barriers.
