A collision accident on the coast of Xiangshan, Ningbo caused a ship to sink and the maritime department rescued 6 crew members
At 10:50 on September 21, the Ningbo Maritime Department received a report: "Shenghang 189" and "Zhexiang Yuyun 03123" were in the waters north of Tantoushan (approximate position: 29 degrees 15 minutes north latitude, 122 degrees 05 longitude ) A collision occurred and the "Shenghang 189" ship sank and urgently needed help.
After receiving the report, the maritime department quickly activated the emergency plan. Ningbo Xiangshan Maritime Department dispatched "Hai Xun 07129" and "Hai Xun 0717" to the scene to carry out emergency response work, and guided the crew to do self-rescue work through VHF and telephone. Ready for help.
At 11:30 noon, "Hai Xun 07129" overcame the impact of wind and waves and arrived at the scene of the accident first, quickly carried out personnel rescue and completed danger verification and on-site alert work.
At 13:02, the "Hai Xun 0717" boat arrived at the scene of the accident and successfully transferred the six crew members to the boat, and arrived at Xiangshan Shipu at 14:40 on the same day.
At present, the 6 crew members are in good physical condition and no one was injured.
The Maritime Department reminded that fishing in the East China Sea is currently in full swing, and a large number of fishing boats are operating in the East China Sea. Please pay attention to watch and drive carefully to avoid collisions.
