China News Service, September 19 According to the official Weibo news of the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, there were no new confirmed cases in Jiangsu from 0-24 on September 18.
As of 24:00 on September 18, a total of 665 confirmed cases have been reported in the province (including 34 imported from abroad). Except for 2 confirmed imported cases from overseas, they were treated in isolation at designated hospitals, and the rest have been discharged.
Two new cases of asymptomatic infection were imported from abroad on the same day in Jiangsu.
As of 24:00 on September 18, 11 cases of asymptomatic infections under centralized isolation and medical management were all imported from abroad.
At present, 14,900 close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections have been traced across the province, 14,567 have been released from medical observation, and 333 are still under medical observation.
