At present, the nanny Zhang XX has been prosecuted to the court on suspicion of abuse of the caretaker.

On the afternoon of September 17, Beijing Fengtai Court opened a court session to hear the case.

In June 2020, family members discovered through surveillance that the nanny had repeatedly pushed and slapped the elderly, and immediately called the police for assistance.

However, in court, facing the judge's questioning, the nanny argued that he did not intentionally beat the old man, but was emotional when he was feeding the old man.

It was June 9th, that day, after 10 o’clock, I gave him the dumplings left over from the first day. When I fed him, there were two dumplings left. I asked my uncle to finish the two dumplings, fearing waste He stopped eating. I stuffed my mouth. He almost snapped my hand. I said, why did you bite me? I was like this. I wouldn't say anything. Then I just beat them up.

　　[Explanation] In response, the prosecutor provided an identification of the elderly's injury.

Evidence showed that the old man had minor contusions on his face, chest, and elbows, and his body injuries were minor injuries, and the surveillance footage was played in court.

During the surveillance, it was seen that the defendant repeatedly slapped his face and beat his abdomen while taking care of the elderly, but only once did not confess.

Faced with the surveillance video, the defendant finally admitted his behavior and expressed regret.

　　[Explanation] In the court debate, the prosecutor said that the abuse of the caregiver is not limited to violent beatings. For example, verbal stimulation, rough treatment and other uncomfortable situations are all abuses.

The defendant in this case has repeatedly abused the elderly, and his behavior has reached a bad situation and constitutes a crime.

Three situations, which constitute any of them, can constitute a bad plot.

In this case, Zhang XX should have abused the elderly more frequently and reached minor injuries. She constituted all three scenarios, so Zhang XX in this case constituted the crime of abuse of the care receiver.
