On September 6, due to a sudden rainstorm in Guankou Village, Zhenning County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, the water level rose rapidly. As a result, the first floor of the residential area of Guankou Village was flooded and some people were trapped.
The Anshun Detachment of the Armed Police swiftly launched the action plan, dispatched more than 30 troops, and 2 kayaks participated in rescue and rescue. They were mainly responsible for the rescue mission to guard the scene and transfer the trapped people. After the rescue by multiple rescue forces, as of 15:20 on the 6th, 16 households and 51 trapped people have been safely transferred, and rescue is still ongoing.
