People's Artist of the USSR, theater and film actor Vladimir Andreev died at the age of 90. He played in almost 50 films and worked for more than 60 years at the Yermolova Theater, going from actor to artistic director. According to media reports, the artist, who suffered from coronary heart disease, suffered a microstroke. As the rector of GITIS, Grigory Zaslavsky, said, farewell to Andreev could take place on Wednesday, September 2, at his own theater named after Yermolova.
