It's called Azul, it's Brazilian, low-cost and has just become the best in the world, ahead of other established companies such as Singapore Airlines, Emirates or Qatar Airways. And that Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras cannot compete in luxury devices and services like the ones we have just mentioned.
It has been chosen as their favorite by users of Tripadvisor (who reach 8.6 million), the leading tourism platform in the market, in its Traveler's Choice Awards, which are now in the 18th edition. These awards review the sector tourism worldwide, awarding not only the best airlines , but also hotels, restaurants, specific experiences or emerging destinations.
Selection criteria
Among the values analyzed by the portal to score airlines, the following stand out: legroom , seat comfort, in-flight entertainment (examples: Wi-Fi, television, available movies ...), flight experience, customer service , value for money (it has flights from 19 euros ), cleaning, billing and boarding and level of catering for food and drink . In a score from 1 to 5, the Brazilian airline has achieved 4.5 in the average of the ratings.

In the case of Azul, the optimal relationship between quality and price is one of the points most valued by customers, judging by the opinions of users of the portal, which currently has more than 17,000.
