For the second time in her career, actress Dalia Al-Beheiry cooperated with the star Adel Imam, to present a role last Ramadan that was a surprise, as she appeared in a popular role for the first time in her life, confirming at the beginning of her dialogue with "Emirates Today", that one of the most beautiful happy moments in her life was when Director Ramy offered her to participate in the series "Valentino" in front of "The Leader".
The Egyptian star revealed the details of the Corona crisis, which her family was finally exposed to, adding: “We are in a global pandemic and anyone is vulnerable to infection, whatever the precautions, and thank God for affliction in all cases. My husband was infected with the virus, and we swabbed the whole family. Because we were in contact and we were not infected, but we took the medicines, and we were all subject to a medical system and passed the crisis peacefully, praise be to God. ”
The most beautiful moments
Al-Beheiri said about “Valentino” and her appearance next to Adel Imam: “One of the most beautiful moments of my happiness is the day that director Rami Imam offered me to participate in the series in front of the first (leader) of all Arab art, the star Adel Imam, and without any thinking I was overwhelmed with happiness and joy, and when I was told The role is a simple, uneducated, popular girl who falls in love with (Valentino), and is exposed to many situations. I was very happy, and I felt challenged because I had not presented the role of the popular girl before, just as (Noor) is good, innocent and gentle, so she marries a man and deceives him, because she is not She knows something about his other married life that he completely hides from her.
She indicated that she was enthusiastic about the role because she thought about breaking the role of the aristocratic or modern woman, which most art makers confined to it, in addition to that “the role was well written, as it is subjected to many conflicts and shifts at all levels, and the personality of (Noor) has formal features, a way of speaking and a feeling. My soul is distinguished, and all of this was prepared with the author of the work Ayman Bahjat Qamar, and director Rami Imam. ”
Criticism
She admitted that there are criticisms, as “It is natural that any work, whatever it was, is subject to praise and criticism .. This is a healthy thing and evidence of follow-up and interest, and that the work achieved an imprint. Real in my artistic life ».
She noted that the presence of Adel Imam as the hero of the series was a major reason for her acceptance of the work without hesitation, because “any actor who works with the star does not think of anything except that he will be next to the artist of the first Arab world, and there is no dispute that working with (the leader) adds to any Artist. After 15 years of dealing with (the leader) in the movie (The Embassy in Architecture), I cooperated for the second time with him in (Valentino), and I see myself as lucky and proud to repeat the experience of working with him, as he is the chief of art and a symbol of Arab art, and we are all proud of him. ”
Regarding her relationship with "the leader" and has it changed over time, Al-Beheiri said: “On the contrary, (the leader) increases with time, the presence and lightness of the shadows increases, the prestige, the glow and the genius increase. He is a beautiful artist and feels everyone around him, whether he is old or young. You feel that he (the leader), despite his great prestige, as everyone feels that we are a family. ”
She pointed out that in the days of the movie "The Embassy in Amara", she was afraid of him and confused by the film's meetings, and sits far away from her fear, but he felt that and tried to bring her closer to him and remove her fear and talk to her about his memories and personal matters so that she would not remain frozen from fear of him.
Huge potential ... little production
The star Dalia El-Beheiry attributed her absence from cinema to the lack of a strong idea, or a distinctive role in which she finds herself, adding: “When I find a role that adds to me, I will definitely not hesitate to return. As for cinema in general, I see that our production is small, compared to that we have huge potentials, stars and directors, and despite that there are good films, and they have made a breakthrough.

On the competition last Ramadan between "Valentino" and the rest of the series, Dalia explained: "In fact, as a viewer, I liked a large number of series, including (Al-Prince), (Al-Fatwa), (B 100 Wesh) and (We Love Tani Leh), and there was a strong competition. These series have achieved great success, and I personally am a fan of them. As for (Valentino) competition for any series, I do not consider that there is any logic in that competition, because Adel Imam is always in a special area, far from any competition, he is in the heart of his fans and his Arab audience. The great is not subject to comparison with anyone, outside any classification, and does not compete with anyone, and no one competes with him ».
Regarding the reason for not presenting the series "Diary of a Mafrosa Wife" after four successful parts, she added: "The success of the work encouraged us to present a fifth part, and indeed we prepared for it, but the Corona pandemic occurred, and disrupted the series."
