91-year-old woman died of heat stroke No cooler in room Nakano-ku, Tokyo August 19, 18:33

On the 17th, I found out that a 91-year-old woman had died of heat stroke in a house in Nakano-ku, Tokyo. It means that no cooler was installed in the room.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, a relative found that a 91-year-old woman had fallen in a house in Nakano-ku, Tokyo at around 11:30 am on the 17th.

The woman had already died and the cause of death was found to be heat stroke. It was collapsed in the room on the second floor, but it means that the cooler was not installed and the fan was not switched on.

A woman in her 80s living in the neighborhood said, “I'm surprised that the woman wasn't particularly sick and I was walking well until a few days before her death.”

The Tokyo Fire Department and others continue to call for measures such as proper use of air conditioning and frequent water removal.
