Dr. Muhammad Obeidat, President of the Society, said in a press statement today that a survey conducted by the association included 600 housewives and heads of families from all areas of West and East Amman, the suburbs and the city center, which showed that 38% of the study sample were unable to purchase high-quality masks due to the high prices in Markets.
The results of the study also indicated that one of the reasons for not adhering to wearing a mask is that most of the studied sample have lost their work and sustenance their day, and therefore they are unable to secure the requirements of public health conditions for this pandemic, especially the provision of masks.

Dr. Obeidat added that he hopes that with the entry into force of Defense Order No. 11 after two days, all citizens will adhere to public health conditions with regard to the Corona virus, including wearing masks and gloves, using sterilizers, and taking a safety distance between citizens, especially in official departments, service institutions and markets, in order to avoid injuries or the spread of this The dangerous virus among the citizens.
