On August 12, the high-temperature weather in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province continued, and the city’s air-defense project with a temperature of more than 20 degrees Celsius was like a natural “air conditioner”, attracting many people to escape the summer heat. The cool spot is equipped with tables and chairs, 4G network is fully covered, and newspapers, magazines, chess and cards, TV and other services are provided free of charge. People play chess, read newspapers, and watch TV in the air-raid shelter to enjoy the coolness in the cave. It is understood that since 2010, from July to September each year, local authorities have opened air-raid shelters for free for the public to enjoy the cold and heat. (Edited by Huang Lian Lu Jie)
