[Explanation] On August 12, the salvage of scattered components and stone materials from Zhenhai Bridge, Tunxi District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, a national key cultural relics protection unit with a history of nearly 500 years, was destroyed by the flood.
[Explanation] The reporter saw at the salvage site that as the Xin'anjiang Water Conservancy Project where Zhenhai Bridge is located, the stone components of Zhenhai Bridge that had been washed out by the flood emerged from the river beach, and nearly 5,800 cubic meters of stone components were stepped. Stacked under the original piers and bridge holes. On-site salvage personnel are hoisting, loading, sorting, and stacking blocks of stone components with a special clip with rubber pads.

We take the salvage method and use our special stone clamp. The stone clamp is in contact with the stone. It is a rubber skin and is flexible. It will not collide with the components. Then when loading the truck, we also used a square material to be laid on the truck, which also avoided damage to the components during transportation.
[Explanation] According to Xia Suhui, the person in charge of the salvage site, at present, the salvage site has completed the site leveling and stacking area, and the transportation access road is being laid and the components are being salvaged.

We leveled the original Huaxi Hotel land. After leveling, we divided 8 areas, 7 of which were divided by 6 piers and 7 holes, and then this area was subdivided, including railing stones , Including the pavement, make another subdivision. Then the eighth area is piled up some scattered, for example, we salvaged an old stone.
[Explanation] It is understood that because Zhenhai Bridge has multiple identities such as an urban bridge and a national key cultural relics protection unit, relevant experts are required to combine cultural relics protection, transportation, water conservancy and other factors to study and formulate restoration plans.

In the salvage process, we asked the construction unit to prepare a construction plan in advance, and then the construction unit of our supervision unit and the cultural relic unit jointly checked and reviewed it, and then strictly followed the plan during the salvage process.
[Explanation] According to the “Work Plan for Salvaging Scattered Components, Stones and Other Materials of Tunxi Town Sea Bridge” issued by Huangshan City, Zhenhai Bridge’s expected salvage target is that the bridge deck stones, railings, arch stones, water dividers and other components should be salvaged. The side stones and soffit stones of the abutment are salvaged as far as possible, and the entire salvage work is expected to last for 1 month.
