  After receiving the report, the police checked the dog information through the information system. After investigation, the dog was registered at the Weifang Xincun Police Station for a dog registration certificate on July 27, 2011. The registered address was a public house within the jurisdiction and was vaccinated against epidemic prevention in the same year. Since then, there is no record of registering a dog. .

  As a result, the police contacted the owner of the dog, Wu, to inform him of the current situation of the dog, and notify him to claim the dog home as soon as possible. But Wu said that he had already relocated to the Nanquan Street area, and because the dog was old, he abandoned it.

  In response to the above situation, under the guidance of the Public Security Detachment of the Weifang New Village Police Station, on the afternoon of July 30, together with the South Dock Road Police Station, went to Wu’s current residence and verbally summoned Wu for abandoning his dog’s illegal behavior.
