George and Amal Clooney donate $ 100,000 for Lebanon
George and Amal Clooney will donate $ 100,000 for the Beirut explosion victims. As they announced in a press release relayed by People, the star couple has decided to distribute the sum between three associations which come to the aid of the population affected by the tragedy.
"We are both deeply concerned for the people of Beirut and the devastation they have been facing over the past few days," said George and Amal Clooney, the latter being born in the Lebanese capital. The latest reports show 137 dead and more than 5,000 injured.

James Wan and Michael Clear are set to develop a 'KNIGHT RIDER' film for Spyglass with TJ Fixman set to write the script.

On the writing side, you'll have to rely on TJ Fixman, a video game writer known for his work on Ratchet and Clank or Resistance: Fall of Man . This will be the first film adaptation of K-2000 after two TV films released in 1991 and 2008, respectively, as Deadline notes.
