Since the salary is only 1,300 yuan, plus marriage and children, Life is unsustainable. In 5 years, Ke Wendi wanted to quit his job and start business several times. "There is really no one to recruit in the institute. Let me insist. To be honest, the salary of 1,300 yuan is a problem for me to eat by myself. Now I have two children at home. It costs more than one thousand to buy milk powder a month. My family’s expenses depend on my wife’s salary, and from time to time I have to rely on my parents to help me.   Ke Wendi said frankly that with the mentality of taking the test of public institutions, he initially hoped to have more time for reading and reviewing, so he found this temporary job without an establishment. It was just a transition and accepted a lower salary.

  Ke Wendi told reporters that the staff before this position were introduced by acquaintances. Because the salary is too low, no one wants to come. If there is a suitable person, they will be introduced. Those who come to work are also trying to pass the exam. All of the people have passed the exam. If this does not happen, I might have passed the exam too."

  At present, Ke Wendi has completed the medical examination procedures. So far, the employer Wuning County Wenguangxin Tourism Bureau has not yet assessed him, and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has not announced the final appointment of personnel, and everything has been suspended.

  Qu Jianghuan’s life was also paused because of this incident. In the past three years, Qu Jianghuan has gone through three court trials and five court trials in order to defend his rights.
