rainy season front that pours rain in the central region is now moving south. Today (7th), strong rain is forecast around Chungcheong and southern regions, and it is expected to rain more than 300mm by tomorrow.

rain, which had briefly disappeared, began again in the southern region at dawn.

Rain clouds connecting Gyeongnam and Jeonnam rained 92 mm in Ulju, Ulsan, 44 mm in Sancheong, Gyeongnam, and 23 mm in Gwangju.

At Ulsan, there was a strong rain of 65 mm per hour at one time in the morning, and rains of 20 to 30 mm per hour are falling in Jeonnam and Gyeongnam.

Currently, heavy rain warnings have been issued in Gwangju, Honam, and Gyeongnam inland, and heavy rain warnings have been issued in Ulsan.

As the low pressure on the Shandong Peninsula in China gradually approaches Korea, the rain is expected to gradually expand to the Chungcheong region and southern Gyeonggi.

Until tomorrow morning, there will be places with strong rain of 30-50 mm per hour, mainly in Chungcheong and southern regions.

It is expected today that Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, and northern Yeongseo will have a mild rain or only raindrops falling, and it is expected that there will be strong rain in the central region including the metropolitan area starting tomorrow afternoon.

Until tomorrow, there may be places with heavy rains of 100-200 mm in some areas in Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, Gyeongbuk, southern Gyeonggi, and south of Gangwon, and 300 mm in some areas.

Up to 150 mm in forecasts in Jeonnam and Gyeongnam, and 50 to 100 mm in forecasts in Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, and Gangwon.
